Annette M. Lherbier graduated Magna Cum Laude from Pennsylvania State University in 1987. Ms. Lherbier was employed by the U.S. Government Accountancy Office for nearly three years and worked at various government agencies. She moved to the construction industry where she worked for five years in the audit and finance departments of a multi-million-dollar homebuilder, and she also worked in the finance department of a major health food corporation.

In the area of real estate, Ms. Lherbier specializes in accounting for residential development and rental properties. In 1997, Ms. Lherbier founded AKL Accounting Services where she has performed controllership duties and tax planning for developers and property management companies, and also public not-for-profits and retail establishments.

Ms. Lherbier has over twenty years’ experience with developing, implementing, and maintaining the accounting systems for start-ups, small and medium-sized businesses in QuickBooks, Peachtree, Appfolio, and Tenant Pro software. Areas of experience include, but are not limited to, payroll, job costing, account reconciliations, education, and real estate taxation. Ms. Lherbier has been a QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor since 2009.
