Matthew Craig graduated from Waynesburg University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and minor in Forensic Accounting. He was awarded an Honors Scholarship all four years. 

Matthew participated in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program (VITA) through Blueprints of Washington, PA, a non-profit that serves more than 20,000 residents, where he prepared individual tax returns. He joined Stevans & Associates in June of 2022 and provides tax preparation and advisory services for individuals and businesses. Mr. Craig is a QuickBooks Online Pro Advisor specializing in monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting services for real estate professionals and small business clients in a variety of industries. 

Mr. Craig is a member of the Accounting, Tax and Technology Workgroups that keep our clients up to date on the ever-changing accounting landscape and tax laws. Matthew is the lead on the OCR software analysis and implementation process which facilitates the efficiency of processing tax returns for the Firm. 

Matthew’s is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and his interests include crypto currency tax law, football, basketball and other sports.
